Check out poet "William Blake"

I had decided to focus on reading health care articles and catching up on news stories instead of books but the other day after reading several twits about William Blake, I decided to check him out.
According to Google, William Blake was an English poet, painter, and printmaker. Largely unrecognized during his lifetime, Blake is now considered a seminal figure in the history of both the poetry and visual arts of the Romantic Age. His prophetic poetry has been said to form "what is in proportion to its merits the least read body of poetry in the English language". His visual artistry has led one contemporary art critic to proclaim him "far and away the greatest artist Britain has ever produced"

From what I have read, so way I can see why he is considered the greatest artist Britain has produced and why one of my twitter friends said, “You have not lived if you have not read William Blake”.

Thanks for the inner peace- Shout out.

Thinking about how my mood has improved this year as opposed to last year makes me grateful for my discovery of meditation and spiritual practices. This year I have learned how to get myself out of my depressive mood quicker, I have learned how not to make life irritants get to me, how to stay present and focus on following my life path.

I want to give a shout out to the following: Wade Morissette for sharing with us his yoga teaching and spiritual practice in a book, Claire Zammit and Catherine Woodward-Thomas of the feminine power movement for their “Keys to feminine Power” that encourages people especially women use their voice and abilities to create a better world, to Debbie Ford for her free meditation and prayers and to Peggy Romento for your free meditation gifts.

Lastly I want to give a shout out to God for my job, gifts, abilities, my friends, relatives (especially my new Nephew), my mentors and teachers..

Sending Love and Light to all
MC.

Radio Free Albemuth (the movie) - my first movie screening.

Yesterday I went to the screening of the movie "Radio Free Albemuth", an independent film based on the novel of the same name by Phillip K. Dick, in New York City Gotham film festival. After viewing a certain movie that will remain nameless, I had become turned off to seeing any movie based on a book, but I am glad I went and saw this one because it did not disappoint. The lead cast, which includes Alanis Morissette and Jonathan Scarfe, were fantastic in their roles and the supporting cast was great as well. I highly recommend seeing this movie and becoming their fan on facebook. It was great meeting the writer/director John Alan Simon and the co- producer Elizabeth Karr (who is now my friend on twitter). The screening was followed by a QA session and a reception. Please support independent films; they do much better materials than the blockbusters. http://www.radiofreealbemuth.com/blog/

my health care assessment- My privacy life is being invaded.

They want my height, weight, blood pressure, dates of last screening, cholesterol (HDL and LDL).
