Interesting.. Coincidence?

Last week i decided that i would treat my staff to lunch..
The card i got this morning from Astrology-

The Judgment card suggests that my alter ego is The Compassionate One, whose superpower lies in revelation of my life and worldly events. I will reflect a sense of gratitude for my life and those involved by showing humility, forgiveness and charity. By doing so, I feel a strong redemption for past events -- a great liberating feeling. I have punished myself enough and am free at last. Clearing the conscience through forgiving yourself and others can bring an overwhelming sense of peace and joy."

Another Vitamin D study

http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20100712/hl_afp/healthresearchusfinlandparkinsons_20100712221415

I started researching low Vitamin D levels last month after I was put on V-D therapy for 13 weeks and also as possible cause to why my right arm is being a bitch to me. Suddenly other scientist are publishing articles like the one above linking Vitamin Difieceincy to many ailments.

Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcuim so it makes sense that low levels of iit is linked to many muscle related ailments.
Now lets let the other Doctors know.

V-D has been linked to Parkinson, Dementia, bone disorders, muscle fatigue.. Now scientists are investigating to see if it has any part in autoimmune conditions such as multiple sclerosis.

Warren Buffet's Advice

7/8/2010

http://news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_upshot/20100708/bs_yblog_upshot/buffett-recounts-the-best-advice-hes-ever-received

Warren Buffet best advice he had ever receive was “The Power of Unconditional love and this was gifted to him by his father, the feeling that he could always go back home - I translated to mean the gift of risk taking. If someone knows that there would always be place for them to go if they fall, they will not be afraid to reach higher, tackle the unknown, and seek out ways to accomplish their big dreams.
This is what it is all about; unconditional support can do wonders for someone.

Rest in Peace dad ( 7/6/2010)

The 2nd anniversary of my dad's death came and gone, as he continues to rest in peace.

Connection felt full blast that Sunday morning,
Recalled a dream of some dead relative telling me what happened to me will happen to your dad
Strange he is an ocean away, last time we spoke his flu was gone,
Feeling my energy being depleted,
Unknowns to me he was struggling with death,
Why am I sick, why am I weak, hope I am not getting the flu I got over a week ago again,
Off to bed then, I must rest, I have a seven hours drive tomorrow,
Woke up 4 hours later full of energy
Phone rings,
The voice says sorry dear your dad just died
No longer unsure, for I now know whose genes make up part of mine.

An interesting article from the New York Times “The benefits of blowing up”

An interesting article from the New York Times “The benefits of blowing up”

The part about younger people choosing to show the emotions they are feeling because aim to be authentic and older adult choose to show the emotion they chose rings true to me. Nowadays kids are encouraged to share their feelings, because we as society have learned from the past that dealing with our feels is not only good for our mental health but it also makes us easier to deal with. Older adults raised in during the yesteryears are more prone to “instrumental emotions”, they are more likely to act as expected or in a way that does not offend or upset the statues quo and expect the same from everyone else.
I think this difference in the way the different generation chose to deal with emotions is also a bi-product of spiritual practice and teaching being accepted into the mainstream culture.
