Season's greetings all! I spent christmas day re-connecting with a few of my favorite holiday movies. In the evening I went out to dinner with a friend. All and all it was my kind of day.
Hope 2011 brings everyone time to accomplish their personal and or professional goals.

Reading "Health Policymaking in the United States

I am reading "Health Policymaking in the United States" by Beaufort B. Longest, Jr, a book I saved from my mba curriculum. I think this is the excellent time to read this book and review Health policymaking since the climate is boiling with Health care news due to the passage of the Health care Reform bill and also since I am seeking a job that deals with health care policies.

Random medical-financial stuff

Off to physical therapy again, the third time in 5 years. I am taking this as a sign of a new job approaching because the last time I was in physicial therapy I had the opportunity to quit a job that was not working for my soul or my life goals to seek out one that does.

With that said, the not so fun part will not be the strain on my muslces but the one on my wallet and credit card for I will have to pay co-insurance for every visit.. My doctor suggested that I go 2 to 3 times a week for 4 to 6 weeks.
